International Muay Thai Program |

The International Muay Thai Program is an initiative led by the renowned Muay Thai camp K.R.S. Gym located in Ubon Ratchathai, Thailand. Athletes will be given an opportunity to train at K.R.S. Gym with skilled handling from trainers, and under the watchful eye of management which boasts years of experience. Boxers will be given the opportunity to fight if they desire and management approval.
It must be emphasised that the International Muay Thai Program is a genuine Muay Thai in Thailand option. What it is not is a beachside camp operated primarily by foreigners. K.R.S. Gym is an authentic Muay Thai camp, however welcomes foreigner participation.

Camp Training |

Muay Thai Camp sessions are high volume, intense and focused sessions which will push participants to athletic levels not reached before. Muay Thai sessions take place at the renowned K.R.S. Gym. A general outline of a day’s training at K.R.S. Gym is as follows:
Morning Session
5am- Morning run 10km
6am- Warm up stretching, jump rope, shadow boxing
7am- Conditioning exercises
7.30am- Muay Thai technique
8am- Cool down stretching, massage
Evening Session
4.30pm- Warm up stretching, Afternoon run 5km or jump rope, shadow boxing
5pm- Muay Thai sparring, Grapple sparring, Heavy bag training, Trainer pad work, Individual Muay Thai technique
7pm- Cool down stretching, massage

Sessions are structured in true Muay Thai style; with trainers working with all fighters individually during the sessions.
