K.R.S Gym fighters follow an intense traditional Muay Thai training program. Training is conducted six days per week.
Morning Session
5am- Morning run 10km
6am- Warm up stretching, jump rope, shadow boxing
7am- Conditioning exercises
7.30am- Muay Thai technique
8am- Cool down stretching, massage
Evening Session
4.30pm- Warm up stretching, Afternoon run 5km or jump rope, shadow boxing
5pm- Muay Thai sparring, Grapple sparring, Heavy bag training, Trainer pad work, Individual Muay Thai technique
7pm- Cool down stretching, massage
K.R.S. gym currently has three highly qualified and experienced trainers.
Mr.Chamnan Pluengkratoke
Boxing name: Koratnoi Sakpipat
Age 39
Home town is Nakon Ratchasima (Korat) started his boxing career since he was 12 years old. He experienced about 200 fights at the 108 pound weight during the year 1971-1985. His salary 70,000-80,000 baht each bout. His opponents were mostly famous boxer at the period at Wunsongchai and Lumpini Stadium.

Boxing name: Ramba Sitsianpo
Age 31
Hometown is Sisakes, start boxing at the age of 14 ,experienced 200 fights in 100 pounds, mostly in the northeast region but also abroad .
Mr.Saksee Toton
Boxing name: Fai Kaisang Tanaikwam
Age 32
Hometown at Ubon Ratchathani, started boxing at 13 years old with 100 fights in 118pounds,with salary 40,000-50,000 baht each at Lumpini, Ratchadamnern stadium, TV channel 7 and 3. His highest rank was vice-champion of Lumpini Stadium at 118 pounds. Was the first boxer of the K.R.S. Gym and still helps teaching up to now.
Guest and Special Trainers
In case of special fights or some foreigners who needs special training, those who used to be the famous and previous champion Thai boxers resided at Ubon are invited to be trainers at the gym.
